A 40% deposit along with the completed rental
agreement is required to reserve the rental period. The final balance is
due at least 30 days prior to arrival along with a minimum refundable security/damage deposit of
$500. The cottage rental is not confirmed until all payments and the
completed rental agreement have been received.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days
prior to arrival.
No Pets. No Smoking.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book the cottage.
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 people (adults and children).
Check-In is at
3:00 pm. Check-Out is at
11:00 am.
